Terms of Service

1. Services

Sorcer provides custom AI automation and workflow solutions for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: workflow automation, AI agent development, document processing systems, and custom dashboard development.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business requirements
  • Grant necessary access to systems required for integration
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Test and provide feedback on delivered solutions
  • Make payments according to agreed terms

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom code and automation workflows we create for you. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components in future projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • One-time projects: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
  • Retainer agreements: Monthly billing in advance
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any automation failures.

7. Support & Maintenance

Support periods are specified in each project agreement. After the included support period, ongoing maintenance and support can be arranged through a retainer agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work and documentation. Fees for work completed up to termination remain due.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
